A small kitchen and dining and bathroom extension is built onto an inner-city brick cottage. The extension, focused around the lush garden, blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior. A simple palate of concrete, Blackbutt, plywood and glass creates a serene and light-filled interior, balancing contemporary style with an enduring and understated elegance.
